At https://makash.store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your hanging lights purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used hanging lights
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@makash.pk with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back using the provided instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If your hanging light arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra costIf the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items shipped
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
